Shopping

The beauty of shopping in Aberdeen is the ease at which you can get to each of the shopping centres and districts of the city centre.

Union Street is the main city centre street; lined with shops on each side. Make sure you look above the shop fronts though to admire the granite architecture which Aberdeen has become famous for.

Visit the West End for unique boutiques and one off designer shops. You’ll be sure to find something special and a little bit out of the ordinary here.

For all the major high street stores you would expect to find in a city of Aberdeen’s size and reputation then head to the larger shopping malls. The Bon Accord Centre, St Nicholas Centre, The Academy and The Mall are all very central and will keep you in shopping heaven for hours and hours.

Don't miss the opening of Union Square on 29th October offering a brand new inviting, traffic free, cosmopolitan, shopping, dining and entertainment environment close to Union Street.
