River Don
Aberdeenshire Council manages four beats on the River Don at Inverurie, Kintore and two at Alford, and access is readily available to visiting anglers at reasonable cost. SEASON Sea Trout and Brown Trout 1st April to 30th September inclusive. Salmon 11th February to 31st October inclusive. Daily, weekly and season permits for all of the fishings are available from the following outlets. A Rover Permit is also available and gives access to all four beats (two at Alford) at a special rate.
