The late 13th- century keep and adjoining mansion house make Drum unique. Contains great collection of paintings and furniture and, outside, enjoy the Garden of Historic Roses, woodland trails and children’s playground. Adult £8, family £20, 1 parent family £16, concession £5. Free for NTS/NT members. Castle: 21st March-30th June, daily (but closed Tue and Fri), 12:30-17:00; 1st July-31st Aug, daily 11:00-17:00; 1st Sep-31st Oct, daily (but closed Tue and Fri), 12:30-17:00. Last admission 45 mins before closing. Garden of Historic Roses: 21st March-31st Oct, daily 10:00-18:00. Open on Bank Holiday weekends from Fri-Mon inclusive. Grounds: all year, daily. **** Castle.
